Johannes Huebl is the man who elegantly captured the mood and look of the clothes that inspire us this season.

When I was seventeen
someone from GQ magazine in London asked me if I wanted to take part in a modelling contest. That’s when my story started.

“By that time
modelling was nowhere
near in my family
or friends”

I don’t take my social media very seriously, to be honest. But there is a demand out there. I have an audience and I like the direct communication and feedback with them. But I always try to keep my private life private.

“It’s nice to see
someone gets inspiration
from either my work or
the way I live my life”.

Now that I’m so busy I don’t get time to do things I used to like playing tennis or reading more often, so when you are not working you have to take a second to come down and relax and do the stuff that you want to, so I really enjoy my weekends; I try to read a weekend paper and my wife and I are very active so we try to go out, visit friends or watch a good film. I think these are my biggest hobbies… Apart from photography.

“The three fashion items a man should own are a navy suit, a classic Oxford pair of shoes and some white tennis sneakers. But also some personal items; my father gave me a watch when I graduated from the university which is very dear to me.”

Thanks too that I was introduced by a friend of mine to his tailor in Germany; I was able to lose my shyness of wearing suits through the guidance of a tailor who creates an outfit for you that fits you perfectly.
