Art & Fashion

/

Coinciding with the fashion weeks taking place in various cities Like London, New York And Copenhagen, Massimo Dutti surprises us with a new project fusing art and fashion, using the shop windows of three of its most emblematic stores as temporary exhibition spaces.

Using the brand’s shop windows in London, Copenhagen and New York as its stage, and with a nod to the work of such renowned artists such as Kandinsky and Alexander Calder, this new art intervention project is yet another example of the work Massimo Dutti does to promote art.

On a three-dimensional spatial composition that provokes an optical effect of several planes, the art intervention arises from a soldered iron structure, unique in each case, cut to size and imitating latticework of high-quality materials such as brass, white marble, green marble or teak wood.

The result is a high-impact environment in which lighting also plays a fundamental role, and where a display of mannequins dressed in the brand’s latest collections is featured, with garments and accessories in different textures, fabrics, finishes and bright colours, like pink or green, and other warmer ones, like brown or sky blue.
