New Concept Store
MASSIMO DUTTI MOVES ITS FLAGSHIP STORE IN MALAGA AND SURPRISES ONCE MORE WITH A SPACE WHERE THE WORD EXPERIENCE ACQUIRES A SPECIAL RELEVANCE.
Massimo Dutti moves its flagship Malaga store to Marqués de Larios, 9, right in the historic centre of the city, with a proposal that reflects both the brand’s core values and the most innovative ideas that it has incorporated recently and which have turned the buying process into a real experience.
The new flagship store includes unique and welcoming décor, with its use of high-quality, warm materials such as wood and the addition of plants to boost this updated brand image. The result is almost 850 m2 of multi-purpose space distributed across two floors that includes a collage of atmospheres each with their own identity within the overall aesthetic.
“
Massimo Dutti devotes the ground floor to the Women collections and the first floor to the Men and Personal Tailoring collections, the brand’s personalised range of tailoring that has been its signature for more than a decade. One of the most noticeable changes is the inclusion of pieces created exclusively for the new store, some collections only available in specific stores and the Style Advisor service with its team of specialists to advise customers at every stage of the buying process.

With the aim of offering unique buying experiences, Massimo Dutti has added a space for the display and sale of its latest perfume collection, Massimo Dutti Scents, six fragrances inspired by the art of travel as well as a space for art installations, such as the Art in Progress project, part of the brand’s commitment to contemporary art. A piece by Manuel Facal, Spanish painter and engraver from Carballo living in Malaga since 1987, is the first on a list of artists invited to the relaunch of this new concept store.

Following exhaustive refurbishment, the new flagship store follows a highly advanced model of sustainability and eco-efficiency that represents the visible face of the brand’s commitment to environmental sustainability. One of the ways Massimo Dutti makes its stores eco-efficient is by using cutting-edge technology to reduce water and energy consumption without affecting the customer experience. Priority is also given to recycled and reusable materials, locally sourced and with low energy consumption. In addition, the architectural and environmental departments at Massimo Dutti place great importance on the location of the stores and how these interact with their surroundings, as well as possible access via public transport.
