PhotoVogue, Vogue’s global platform that includes the visual work of more than 350,000 artists, was founded in Italy in 2011. In 2022, it became a global project, since this was when the first international edition took place. Every year, a different theme is announced for the exhibition, always keeping in mind the perfect fusion of ethics and beauty.

This year, the exhibition that took place in Milan between the 16th and 19th of November encouraged us to reflect—guided by the question “What makes us human?”—on the profound impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human existence and the creation of visual art.

The PhotoVogue Festival’s dinner was held at Al Fresco, a restaurant with a cosy atmosphere, to celebrate the eighth edition of the competition which drew to a close at Base Milano on Sunday, the 19th of November. The event, attended by the artists selected in the exhibition, was supported by Massimo Dutti, a brand that fosters the talent of budding artists, in line with PhotoVogue’s values.
