Herman K is part of the Brøchner hotel chain, famous for creating hotels in old buildings that, in their day, had a completely different use. In this case, Herman K is in a former transformer station, with the giant green iron doors still in place. The communal areas feature industrial décor, while the rooms are in a Nordic style, with simple lines and light colours. The hotel also boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, Roxie, and an elegant cocktail bar with a 12m-high ceiling.
