Its name is the literal translation of a type of Japanese charcoal grill used to cook the meat, fish and vegetables on the menu. It is known for respecting the flavour of each food as best as possible. The menu, designed by Venezuelan chef Fabiola Lairet who learned the art of Japanese cooking in Los Angeles and Japan, also includes a variety of sushi and homemade desserts from American cuisine like cheesecake and lemon pie.
