Chef Paul Pairet and UNÏCO Shanghai have created The Chop Chop Club, a grill with an informal and warm atmosphere that, while serving home-made dishes, is meticulous about the quality of all the ingredients and production processes. As with any grill, meat is the main focus of the menu, with different doneness, dressings and various sides, although fish and vegetables are also available. The restaurant also has a bar where you can have an aperitif or try one of the cocktails created by the chef, combinations that extol the luxury of simplicity.
