“A new Canadian bistro”, this is how the two chefs and owners define their restaurant. The wooden tables and the exposed brick walls evoke the atmosphere of the small French establishments. The menu, however, is a combination of Canadian and American cuisine, in which the star ingredient is the one that gives the restaurant its name: pork meat, which features in almost every dish and in all its possible manifestations: sirloin, bacon, pulled pork… The open kitchen allows diners to watch the entire dish preparation process for a total gastronomic experience.
