Now that five minutes on Instagram is enough time to find out how the rest of the world is spending their time at home learning culinary skills worthy of a Michelin star, rereading Dante’s Divine Comedy, making the most of their creativity or taking on new challenges, it makes a refreshing change to hear from some of our favorite ambassadors and share some snapshots from their daily lives or their dreams for the future.
01
What is your new daily routine?
My mornings have stayed mostly the same… I wake up, drink a lot of coffee and workout at the gym in my house. Then I shower, eat and work on my film production business. The only big change is that I am not flying around the world for fashion shoots and missing the family & friends.
02
Out of bed but nowhere to go… How to dress cozy, to feel comfy and look fantastic?
Comfort is the most important while I am at home, but I also like to feel good. I love cashmere sweaters; cotton t-shirts and I have a good collection of sweatpants. I am always in some combination of those items when staying at home.
03
How you are spending your time at home? Your confinement best plan.
If I can’t go to a restaurant to eat, then I try to be sure that I eat healthy at home and continue to exercise daily. Confinement is difficult and I have to spoil myself sometimes, so there’s also always a lot of good wine and chocolate nearby.
04
What’s on your bedside?
iPad with all my books, a large bottle of water, pen & paper for new ideas and my iPhone & charger
05
Your favorite window’s view?
My bedroom windows. You can see the ocean and the sunrise, so it is the perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the morning while I think about the plan for the day.
06
These days at home you miss more…
Definitely family…. My sister just had a baby one month ago…we are in the same city but I haven’t even seen him yet because of the confinement. I know that one day life will return to normal and the rain and sun will still be there, but we will never get back the moments lost with family & friends during the lockdown.
07
A book you always wanted to read and now (at last) you are reading?
SAPIENS: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari
08
A film you always wanted to watch and now (at last) you are watching?
Because of my film production company business and my love of cinema, I have seen almost everything.
09
What’s the first thing you will do after the confinement?
Hopefully get back to business!!! I am using the time at home productively to prepare for the day that the world is normal again, but I love to work and be busy, so I am very excited about the new opportunities that will come.

Share with us your favorite thought for these days at home
Sometimes life isn’t perfect. All we can do is accept this situation and be positive. Use this time to grow personally and to cultivate relationships with old friends and family. Hopefully this will all be over soon and we will be better as a people and planet!!
