The flagship store in Sant Feliu in Mallorca is the space chosen by Massimo Dutti for the launch of a new shopping experience that combines brick-and-mortar stores with online shopping.

A new concept designed to present the new Boys & Girls collections in a showroom format, within the store itself, allowing direct contact with the garments.

Once the garment selection process has finished, the customer can buy the garments directly from the Massimo Dutti website, using the Magic Mirror system that will be installed in the store, or with the help of specialised staff using mobile iPod devices.
The purchase will be available in store in less than an hour, or the customer can choose to have it delivered directly to their home. With the implementation of this new service, Massimo Dutti meets its goal of improving the quality of its customer service
