VILLA CAVROIS
VILLA CAVROIS
Each Massimo Dutti collection is a story that begins with visual and poetic prose defining the spirit that will permeate each piece. And it is in the shoots such as the one the brand has done to present its latest Limited Edition collections where you can really feel the universe surrounding each collection in a controlled way. A campaign serves to capture the universe of a brand in images, where everything offers insight into how the brand, and specifically each collection, breathes. The garments themselves and who wears them say a lot, but so do the how, who and where. And this time, an unprecedented location that, for the first time, opens its doors to the fashion scene as it brings together a luxury cast in a perfect album of autumn dreams.

VILLA CAVROIS
Villa Cavrois is an architectural manifesto commissioned by the French textile industrialist Paul Cavrois. It is a masterpiece by the architect Robert Mallet-Stevens, who was a prominent figure in the modernist movement. Paul Cavrois had originally commissioned a local architect, Jacques Greber, to build his house in the style of the region. But in 1925 he learned about the cubist proposals presented by Robert Mallet-Stevens, a friend of Le Corbusier, Pierre Chareau and other lovers of the International Style and the Dutch De Stijl movement, at the International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris, and in 1929 he decided to commission him with the project. The villa was named a historical monument in 1990, thanks to social mobilisation, and it was acquired by the State in 2001. The restoration project, which was started in 2003 by the Nord-Pas-de-Calais Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs (DRAC) and later resumed in 2008 by the Centre for National Monuments, was completed in June 2015.
