PITTI UOMO

PART I

THE PROJECT

Massimo Dutti’s project to support contemporary art materializes, once again, with The Marble Project: a tribute to the value of Carrara marble sculptures. An artistic intervention with works by Michele Monfroni, at the flagship store in Florence during the Salone Pitti Uomo.

PART. 1

The Marble Project

THE MARBLE
PROJECT

True to its commitment to support contemporary art through ephemeral interventions in its most emblematic flagship stores, Massimo Dutti surprises with The Marble Project. A project with which the firm wanted to pay its particular tribute to the value of sculptures in Carrara marble.

“The Marble Project is a tribute to the value of Carrara marble sculptures.”

Through seven pieces sculpted by the artist Michele Monfroni and exhibited in the flagship store in Florence, during the Salone Pitti Uomo, visitors can discover or rediscover the extraordinary world of sculpture. Born in Carrara, Michele Monfroni’s artistic career is a constant succession of success and international recognition.
