he loofah is a tropical climbing plant native to Southeast Asia. The fruits, once ripe, transform into a fibrous material similar to a sponge, which is why this plant is popularly known as a vegetable sponge.
The loofah pieces created exclusively for display and sale at the Massimo Dutti shop in Via Dante, 7 during the Salone del Mobile consist of lampshades that sift the light.
