Although the list of mummy influencers is endless, only a few are able to portray their everyday lives with exquisite taste and feeling. These are our favourites.
Copenhagen is home to Helena Shutz, a Swedish art director and creator of the kids’ website, Vesle.
Like any good Swede, Helena loves coffee and pastries. And her favourite lace to enjoy them is Juno The Bakery. It’s near where she lives with her family, in the Østerbro neighbourhood and has the best cinnamon pastries in the city as well as good coffee and bread.
Hotel Sanders. A charming hotel with a great restaurant that’s perfect to take kids to as it’s 100% “hygge”. For those preferring an apartment, Helena suggests checking out airbnb which has some interesting options.
Helena’s favourite space is Beau Marché. An interesting concept store with a great range of decorative items and styles and a charming French cafe in a rear courtyard. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or supper after a busy day.
The Concept Store is a must-see for families visiting Copenhagen and it’s where Helena buys her favourite magazines and beautiful ceramics. A small space, but thoroughly charming.
