Adam Taylor
THE GHOST OF SOMETHING THAT PASSED BY 150 x 170 cm (unframed) 2025
Adam Taylor is a contemporary British artist whose work captures the raw beauty of the natural world, particularly the striking coastal and rural landscapes of Wales. His artistic journey began with formal studies in Fine Art at Cardiff School of Art, where he developed a deep appreciation for texture, color, and composition. He graduated in 2004 and spent the following years refining his craft, experimenting with different media and techniques to create expressive and atmospheric paintings that evoke a strong sense of place.

For Adam, painting is not merely a visual exercise, but a way of deeply connecting with his surroundings. He spends time in Pembrokeshire walking along coastal paths, observing the changing tides, and sketching outdoors to capture the fleeting moods of the landscape. The rhythm of nature, from stormy seas to calm estuaries, finds its way onto his canvases, turning his work into an ongoing dialogue between the artist and the environment.

Viani is a Spanish-Italian artist of Venezuelan origin whose experience of exile and search for freedom has deeply shaped his work. After leaving a politically oppressive environment, he found in painting a space to express his voice with complete freedom, developing a bold and non-figurative language. His work thus becomes a gesture of emancipation, reflecting struggle, transformation, and an identity forged between resistance and personal rebirth.
( 02 ) VIANI
His thick, gestural brushstrokes, clearly rooted in expressionism, convey intense emotional contrasts: love and rage, freedom and limitation; through a palette dominated by blacks and whites. His work embodies the constant evolution of the self, showing how identity is constructed and redefined amid political and existential turmoil.
For Viani, art is both a tool and a metaphor for liberation, inviting the viewer into a deeply dynamic and transformative experience of Freedom.
Patrick comes from a family of artists. Guided by his parents’ passion for art, he creates what he loves, with each brushstroke reflecting deeply personal decisions. For him, painting is an act of self-expression—his purest form of creative freedom.
It took Patrick years to find his artistic voice. Now working within a defined style, he constantly experiments with new colors, materials, and forms. His process begins with color, and he often spends days mixing to achieve the perfect tone—only, at times, to run out of paint halfway through. As frustrating as it may be, starting over is part of his commitment to artistic integrity.

Patrick Van Riemsdijk
Much like the Japanese tradition of contemplating stones, he spends time observing his paintings—sometimes even upside down—before deciding whether to continue or consider them finished. Guided by a passion for exploration, Patrick sees painting as a continuous learning process. He embraces its spontaneity and irreversibility—once a stroke is made, it remains. Though often solitary, he thrives in the quiet intensity of the studio, fully immersed in the act of creation.
“In a fast-paced world, Patrick values the calm of his studio.”
